James Fox

James H. Fox is a highly experienced attorney with more than 40 years of practice spanning personal injury, product liability, premises liability, business litigation, insurance bad faith, and environmental cases. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara and UC Hastings College of Law, where he served as Law Review Editor, he has handled thousands of litigated matters at major law firms and as senior counsel for a leading international security services company, where he managed complex national litigation and oversaw a staff of in-house lawyers. He has tried cases in both California and Michigan and holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating since 1998. He is a member in good standing of the California State Bar since 1983 and is admitted to all Southern, Eastern, Central, and Northern U.S. District Courts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
