About Michelle Levine

Michelle L. Levine focuses primarily on appellate work in catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice cases. After over a decade in corporate litigation and advisory work, she transitioned to assist clients through challenging personal circumstances.

She began her career at a major corporate law firm, gaining experience in commercial litigation, international arbitration, and insurance matters across federal and state courts. Her practice included appellate submissions to the U.S. Supreme Court and pro bono work in immigration and housing court. She subsequently worked in the legal department of a leading global bank, preparing litigation reports for senior management and advising on international securities regulations. Her corporate experience developed strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills she applies to client advocacy.
