Aaron Osten focuses on employee rights in harassment and whistleblower retaliation cases, as well as wrongful death, business litigation, and sexual abuse matters. He has secured more than $100 million for his clients. He obtained a $12.2 million jury verdict for a woman who suffered a traumatic brain injury after slipping down a concrete staircase in Hermosa Beach. With Partner Mark Quigley, he obtained a $2.1 million verdict and $3.2 million in attorney's fees in a whistleblower retaliation case against Los Angeles County for a vascular surgeon who exposed surgical kickbacks.
He obtained a $7 million verdict in a high-profile sexual harassment and wrongful termination case involving celebrity yoga guru Bikram Choudhury. He attended San Diego State University (B.A. in English, with Honors) and Loyola Law School (J.D.). Outside the courtroom he teaches surfing to U.S. veterans with PTSD and is a ten-time Catalina Classic Paddleboard finisher.
