Brandon Miller

Brandon Miller, Esq. is an Attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. who began his career in insurance defense before transitioning to represent injured plaintiffs. He brings experience from both sides of personal injury law, having previously worked at large and midsize insurance defense firms.

Miller's practice concentrates on personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. His prior experience includes serving as a judicial law clerk at San Diego Superior Court and as an associate attorney at several Southern California law firms.

He earned his Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
