Timothy C. Davis

Tim is one of the founding partners of Heninger Garrison Davis LLC and served as the firm’s managing partner from its inception in 2006 until June 1, 2025. Over nearly two decades in that leadership role, Tim helped guide the firm’s growth and commitment to client-first service. A seasoned litigator, Tim has devoted his 40-year legal career to complex civil litigation. He has had the privilege of representing individuals with catastrophic injuries , property owners and communities affected by toxic waste , and business owners protecting their contractual and intellectual property rights. His work has taken him to courtrooms across the Southeast and in states including New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Delaware, Texas, Minnesota, and California.

Tim is a 1981 graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business Administration. He is a 1984 graduate of Cumberland School of Law, and he currently serves on the Samford University Board of Trustees. Tim has authored numerous articles and has been a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars. He and his wife, Julia, enjoy family time with their two married children and six grandchildren.
