Daphnie Escobedo

Daphnie Escobedo is a first-generation attorney from San Antonio, Texas, and an associate at Kherkher Garcia. After witnessing family members affected by catastrophic injuries, she was inspired to pursue a legal career to help others in similar circumstances. She graduated cum laude from the Honors College at the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.A. in Politics and Law in 2021, then earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2025. She clerked at Kherkher Garcia during law school, gaining firsthand knowledge of personal injury case complexity. Daphnie is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and is passionate about fighting for individuals who cannot fight for themselves.
