Rand Nolen

Rand Nolen is a partner at Kherkher Garcia and a nationally recognized trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he has taken on some of the largest corporations in the world, including Exxon, Ford, Pfizer, Wyeth, and Sanofi, and tried cases in state and federal courts across the country. Rand has served on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the Taxotere Products Liability Litigation and as Co-Lead Counsel in the Addicks and Barker Reservoir Flooding litigation. His career includes mass torts related to Fen-Phen, Ford-Firestone rollovers, Asbestos, Rezulin, Hydroxycut, Accutane, Roundup, and Taxotere.

Notable verdicts include $15 million and $14.2 million in Fen-Phen cases in Oregon, and a $10.1 million verdict in Mathis v. Exxon Corp. affirmed by the Fifth Circuit. He has argued before the Texas Supreme Court, multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. A Houston native, he earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America and Texas Super Lawyers annually since 2012.
