About Joshua Hatley

Joshua Hatley has a passion for helping seriously injured people and families who have lost a loved one. He litigates all types of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, slip and fall and premises liability, work injuries, wrongful death, sexual assault civil claims, food poisoning, and oilfield accidents. He has obtained numerous successful trial verdicts and hundreds of settlements for clients.

Joshua has been admitted to the State Bar of Texas (2012), the Western, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Texas. He is a Life Member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and a member of The National Trial Lawyers. Joshua graduated from Trinity University in 2007 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in History, then earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2012, where he served as Staff Writer and Associate Editor for the St. Mary's Law Journal.
