Rahul Malhotra

Rahul Malhotra is Of Counsel at KRW Lawyers. He litigates personal injury cases including wrongful death, 18-wheeler and commercial truck accidents, oilfield injury, work accidents, product liability mass torts, and bad faith insurance matters. Rahul is licensed to practice law in Texas, Federal and State District Courts, and the Province of Ontario, Canada. He is a member of the Ector and Midland County Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario, and a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor held by fewer than one-half of 1% of Texas lawyers.

He has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Rahul graduated from York University's Political Science Program in Toronto in 1989 and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston School of Law in 1996.
