Ben Rumph

Ben Rumph is a licensed Louisiana attorney whose focus is representing individuals diagnosed with asbestos and benzene diseases, and their families. Prior to joining Landry & Swarr, Ben served as law clerk to the Honorable Christopher J. Bruno, Chief Judge for the Orleans Parish Civil District Court, and since then has focused his practice on representing Plaintiffs in toxic tort personal injury actions. Ben has experience handling complex legal issues through all phases of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, from case intake all the way through the pre-trial, trial, and appellate process. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and enjoys being an advocate for those workers and their families that have been victims of corporate malfeasance.

Ben graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School in 2017. While at Tulane Law, Ben served as Editor-in-Chief for the Tulane Journal of International & Comparative Law, and was a member of the Civil Rights & Federal Practice Clinic. Ben is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Louisiana Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and the New Orleans Bar Association.
