Brendan O'Meara

Brendan O'Meara is a trial attorney and litigator with over 25 years of experience in complex criminal enterprise, general negligence, premises liability, and New York Labor Law cases. He began his career in criminal defense, trying cases ranging from misdemeanors to Class A-1 felonies, and his track record led law firms to engage him for complex civil negligence work on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
