About Havanna Hall

Havanna Hall is an Associate Attorney in the Labor Law Unit at The Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff, representing injured workers and individuals in construction accident and personal injury litigation. Before joining the firm she worked at a defense firm handling complex labor law and general liability matters through all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. That defense-side experience gives her a clear understanding of how insurance carriers approach these cases. She earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Teaching Assistant for Lawyering and Legal Writing and served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judy H. Kim of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Colgate University.
