Daniel Goldfaden

Daniel A. Goldfaden is a Partner at Levin & Perconti in Chicago, focusing his practice on nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death matters. Originally from Detroit, he graduated from the University of Michigan in 2010 with a B.A. in Economics, and earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2013, where he served as an Editor of the Elder Law Journal and received the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Income Taxation. Daniel was admitted to the Illinois Bar in October 2013 and joined Levin & Perconti as an associate attorney in June 2014 after working at a plaintiff's class action litigation firm.
