Gena Gruss Romagnoli

Gena Gruss Romagnoli is Of Counsel at Levin & Perconti, representing plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice and personal injury litigation in Illinois state and federal courts. After law school she worked for several years as a defense attorney handling medical negligence, premises liability, and personal injury matters. Since 2005 she practiced alongside her father, Henry Phillip Gruss, representing injured persons and their families before later joining Levin & Perconti as Of Counsel. Gena has served as lead or second chair counsel in 15-20 medical malpractice jury trials throughout Illinois and resolved 50+ cases through settlement or mediation. She was a Division I NCAA gymnast at the University of Illinois, where she earned Team Captain and Most Valuable Gymnast honors, and remains active as a gymnastics coach and on the USA Gymnastics Safety and Response Committee.
