About Charles Wisell

Charles E. Wisell is the Managing Partner of Lipsig, Freund & Wisell, PLLC. He joined the firm in early 2014 and brings more than 30 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury practice. Mr. Wisell focuses on construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Throughout his career, he has secured more than $347 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients.

Most recently, he obtained a $97 million jury verdict in a roadway defect case. He has been selected to Super Lawyers for nine consecutive years and holds an Excellent rating from Avvo. He earned his J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1995 and his B.S. in Psychology from Baruch College. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Wisell has appeared as a legal commentator on CNN en Espanol, CNN, NBC, and Radio House.
