About Matthew Peluso
Matthew J. Peluso is a partner and trial attorney at Lipsig, Freund & Wisell, PLLC. He joined the firm in 2019 with over eight years of litigation experience, having previously represented insurance companies at a defense firm. Shortly after admission to the New York State Bar, he began trying cases and has tried over 30 cases to verdict across all five New York City boroughs, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley.
He was named partner in 2025.
