Erik Yngstrom

Erik K. Yngstrom is a partner at Lomurro Munson LLC who heads the Workers' Compensation Department. He represents injured workers throughout New Jersey in workers' compensation matters and also handles serious personal injury and municipal court cases. He earned his J.D. from Duquesne University in 2011 and his B.A. in Political Science from Monmouth University in 2007, where he played football. He has been admitted in New Jersey since 2011 and New York since 2012, and he is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers' Compensation Law Attorney. He is co-chair of the Young Lawyers' Committee of the Monmouth Bar Association and a member of the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health and the New Jersey Association of Justice.
