Patrick Cimino

Patrick Lee Cimino is an associate at Lomurro Munson LLC concentrating in workers' compensation litigation with a focus on traumatic injury and occupational exposure claims. He earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 2012, where he served as an Associate Editor of the West Virginia Law Review, and his B.S. cum laude in Criminology and Investigations from West Virginia University in 2009. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2012. Before joining the firm he worked at Gilmore and Monahan from 2012 through 2017 and at The Tashjy Law Firm from 2017 through 2025, where he developed his workers' compensation practice representing injured workers from the plaintiff side while gaining insight into employer and insurer litigation strategies through prior insurance defense work.
