Richard Lomurro

Richard P. Lomurro is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney. He specializes in general litigation with a focus on catastrophic personal injury, corporate law, and serious criminal cases. He earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University and his J.D. from Widener University.

He is admitted in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. Notable verdicts include a $10 million medical malpractice birth defect recovery, a $5 million birth injury recovery, a $3.3 million quadriplegia recovery in a diving accident, and multiple recoveries in the $2.5 million range for wrongful death and spine injury.
