M. Scott Tashjy

M. Scott Tashjy is a partner at Lomurro Munson LLC certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers' Compensation Law Attorney. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Florida Bars in 1987. His practice focuses entirely on litigation, with 90% concentrated in workers' compensation and 5% each in personal injury and police, fire, educator, and municipal employee pension disability appeals. He is a past President of the Monmouth Bar Association and is a member of both the Monmouth County District IX Ethics Committee and the Monmouth County District IX Fee Arbitration Committee. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Giordano, Halleran and Ciesla, P.C. and founded The Tashjy Law Firm, L.L.C.
