Sean Wirth

Sean Wirth is an associate in the Family Law Department at Lomurro Munson LLC handling all matrimonial matters including divorce, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, child custody, parenting time, alimony, and child support, as well as residential real estate closings. He earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. He previously clerked for a Monmouth County Superior Court judge and has taught Family Law at Brookdale Community College. He completed an Intensive Trial Advocacy Program in 2013 and has presented at multiple continuing legal education seminars on matrimonial law. He was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2018 and 2020.
