Richard Sevrin

Richard M. Sevrin is of counsel in the Family Law Department at Lomurro Munson LLC, practicing in Toms River and Freehold, New Jersey. He has practiced matrimonial and family law for more than 40 years, with a focus on litigation and alternative dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 1970 and his B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1967.

He has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar since 1970, with additional admissions in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has served as President Elect of the Ocean County Bar Association, as a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association representing Ocean County, and as Chair of the Ocean County Family Law Committee. He is a certified New Jersey Court Rule 1:40 Mediator.
