About Richard Stanzione
Richard D. Stanzione is a partner at Lomurro Munson LLC who has been practicing in New Jersey since 1974. His focus is on probate matters including estate administration, litigation, and planning, as well as commercial and residential real estate, land use and zoning, commercial litigation, and condemnation. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1970 and his B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University in 1967. He holds admissions in New Hampshire, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, Florida, multiple federal district courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He was certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 1983. Notable published decisions include Smart SMR of New York Inc. v. Borough of Fair Lawn Board of Adjustment, 152 N.J. 309 (1998), NYNEX Mobile Comm. Co. v. Hazlet Township, 276 N.J.
