James Catazaro

James Lee Catazaro is the Managing Attorney at Lorenz & Lorenz Accident & Injury Lawyers in Austin, Texas, with decades of legal experience representing injured victims across the country. He has successfully represented thousands of clients and recovered millions of dollars on their behalf, with a practice spanning catastrophic personal injury, insurance disputes, business contracts, and international law.

Before practicing law, Catazaro served as a Deputy Sheriff, an Air Force member, and a Gulf War veteran. His government service included partnerships with multiple federal agencies as a narcotic canine handler, and during deployment in Iraq he worked alongside U.S. Army Special Forces as the Inspector General Mentor to the Iraqi Counter Terrorism Forces.

Catazaro earned his B.A. from Regis University and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Virginia.
