Bennett Wilcosky

Bennett T. Wilcosky is a Senior Associate Attorney at Malman Law, joining the firm in 2020. Prior to Malman Law, he practiced as a private criminal defense attorney representing clients in serious matters including First Degree Murder, homicide, and weapons cases. During law school he clerked at prominent Chicago civil rights and criminal defense firms. His Malman Law practice focuses on nursing home neglect and abuse, personal injury, probate, medical malpractice, and supportive living facility cases. Bennett has lived in Illinois nearly his entire life and was selected to the 2022 and 2024 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
