Dana Kieras

Dana N. Kieras is a Partner at Malman Law in Chicago, focusing her practice on Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Law. A Chicagoland native from Wheeling, she earned her B.A. in History from Eastern Illinois University in 2004, where she was a graduating member of the History Honors Program and named to the Dean's List. After teaching English in Xi'an, China, she returned to pursue her Juris Doctor in Labor/Employment Law at The John Marshall Law School (UIC Law), graduating in 2011. She has litigated before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, EEOC, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and various Illinois circuit courts.
