About Neil Kilcoyne

Neil Kilcoyne is a Partner at Malman Law in Chicago, where he represents clients who have been injured in automobile accidents, premises liability incidents, product liability cases, and medical malpractice matters. Born and raised on Chicago's southwest side, he brings a deeply personal commitment to advocating for his Illinois neighbors.

Mr. Kilcoyne earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois at Chicago (formerly The John Marshall Law School) in 2017, where he served on the John Marshall Law Review. During law school he worked full-time as a law clerk for a successful personal injury firm, gaining hands-on experience with automobile accidents, job site accidents, product liability, and medical malpractice cases.

Mr. Kilcoyne joined Malman Law as an associate attorney in 2018 and has since been promoted to partner. Since obtaining his license, he has worked diligently to fight for his injured clients and has recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. He resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and daughter.
