Douglas Green

Douglas T. Green is an associate at Mastagni Holstedt, APC with experience across all aspects of litigation. He spent more than a decade representing public entities in prevailing wage matters, public construction projects, and collective bargaining issues. He has handled labor and employment matters including grievances, employee discipline, and collective bargaining for public sector clients, as well as construction disputes, performance bond cases, public bidding requirements, and prevailing wage compliance. He now focuses primarily on workers' compensation law.
