Timothy Davis

Timothy A. Davis is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC. He brings more than 25 years of law enforcement experience as a Sacramento Police Officer, having served as a Patrol Officer, Traffic Officer, and DUI Enforcement Officer, and as supervisor of the Traffic Division. He holds credentials as a Drug Recognition Expert instructor and made more than 950 DUI arrests during his tenure.

He served 13 years on the Sacramento Police Officers Association Board, including eight years as its longest-serving President, and eight years on the PORAC Board. He received the 2023 MADD Lifetime Achievement Award and was a two-time MADD California Hero Award recipient. He now represents public safety employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations and critical incident matters.
