Brenda Gomez O'Dell

Brenda Gomez O'Dell is an associate attorney at McIntyre Law P.C. who is fluent in Spanish and committed to serving Oklahoma's Hispanic community. She holds an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies with a Paralegal Certification from the University of La Verne and worked for over a decade as a litigation paralegal for a nationally recognized personal injury firm in California, earning Employee of the Year in 2017. She then attended Oklahoma City University School of Law as a merit scholar, earning a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Rights Litigation and serving as President of the Catholic Law Student Association and Secretary of the Hispanic Law Student Association. She joined McIntyre Law as a legal intern in November 2020 and received her J.D. in May 2022.

She passed the July 2022 bar exam and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in September 2022. She is also admitted to the U.S. Western District Court of Oklahoma. In 2025, she was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Oklahoma.
