Monica Schweighart

Monica Schweighart is a junior partner at McIntyre Law P.C. specializing in automobile injury and personal injury cases. Born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma, she participated in debate at Norman High School, then earned a degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. She attended Arizona Summit School of Law, graduating cum laude, and received CALI awards in evidence, remedies, and insurance law. She passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 2016 and was admitted in September 2016.

She joined McIntyre Law as an associate attorney that year and became junior partner in 2024. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Northern, Eastern, and Western District Courts of Oklahoma. Monica has been recognized as an American Trial Lawyers Association Top 40 Under 40 (2025) and a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Oklahoma (2023-2025). She prioritizes consistent client communication throughout every step of the claims and litigation process.
