Jeremy Thurman

Jeremy Thurman is a senior partner at McIntyre Law P.C. and one of Oklahoma's top trucking and catastrophic injury lawyers, consistently ranked as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer (top 5% of attorneys in the state). Born in Paris, Texas and raised in Valliant, Oklahoma, he graduated in the top 3% of his high school class while playing baseball and basketball. He earned a B.S. in Biological Health Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, then received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in May 2002. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in September 2002.

He initially worked in insurance defense before joining McIntyre Law in 2004. Jeremy has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including a $15 million judgment in a wrongful death case, with total case values exceeding $100 million. He has also taught other attorneys on Federal Motor Carrier Regulations, trucking safety, and depositions in catastrophic injury cases. He has been a Super Lawyers Top Attorney in Oklahoma (2014-2019) and a Top 40 Under 40 trial attorney by The National Trial Lawyers.
