Mario D'Angelo

Mario D'Angelo, Esq. is the owner of Mario D'Angelo & Associates, LLC in New York and has served as co-counsel for McIntyre Law P.C. since 2005. He has spent over 35 years in personal injury and pharmaceutical mass tort litigation, recovering more than $250 million for clients against major pharmaceutical companies including Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (formerly American Home Products), SmithKline Beecham (GlaxoSmithKline), and Johnson & Johnson. He earned his B.A. from State University College at Oneonta in 1984 and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1987, and was admitted to practice in New York in 1988. He has been appointed to plaintiffs' management committees in landmark drug litigation in New York and New Jersey courts, including In re Diet Drug Litigation and In re Rezulin Products Liability Litigation. He was certified as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers of 2008 by the American Trial Lawyers Association.
