Robert Silverman

Robert Silverman is an Attorney at Mike Morse Injury Law Firm in Michigan, focusing on no-fault insurance claims, automobile negligence, slip and falls, dog bite cases, watercraft negligence, snowmobile negligence, and construction liability.

Silverman earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Detroit College of Law in 1995, where he was a Law Review member and published author. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1992. He is admitted to practice in Michigan, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Silverman began his legal career representing hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice cases, then spent 10 years defending personal injury lawsuits for State Farm Insurance. Outside of law, he was a 1992 U.S. Olympic Team candidate for ten meter tower diving, a 17-time U.S. National Championships competitor, and NCAA Division I All-America athlete.
