Desmond has practiced at Ven Johnson Law since 2012. His work includes one of the largest personal injury verdicts ever affirmed by the Michigan Court of Appeals and a significant Michigan Supreme Court governmental immunity victory. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2015-present). He authored the governmental immunity chapter in ICLE's Torts: Michigan Law and Practice and serves as Executive Board Member and Governmental Immunity Committee Co-chair of the Michigan Association for Justice.
