Samuel Pietsch

Samuel H. Pietsch is a Senior Trial Attorney at Ven Johnson Law with over 40 years of legal practice. His practice focuses on serious injury, wrongful death, automobile, motorcycle, and truck collision cases.

Pietsch earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 1979. He also holds a Master of Public Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts, both from the University of Michigan. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan.

Pietsch has appeared in nearly every circuit and probate court in Michigan's Lower Peninsula. He has obtained $1 million+ verdicts or settlements in automobile negligence, product liability, police misconduct, and medical malpractice cases, and has mediated or facilitated over 3,000 personal injury cases. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating and is a Super Lawyer recipient. He serves on the Oakland County and Wayne County Mediation Boards.
