Boyd White

Boyd White III is an Attorney and Counselor at Ven Johnson Law, a litigation attorney with nearly two decades of experience in complex and high-stakes cases.

White earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law and his Bachelor's degree in theatre arts from the University of Michigan. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

White served as first-chair trial counsel in criminal and civil matters and was previously a partner at Dykema and an assistant prosecuting attorney in Oakland County. He is also lead pastor of The Ark Detroit. His honors include Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star (since 2014), Best Lawyers Ones to Watch (2021), and Best Lawyers in America (since 2024). He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Midwest Trial Training Program.
