Michael Jones

Michael L. Jones is an Attorney at Marko Law Firm, dedicated to representing individuals against corporate misconduct and systemic injustice.

Jones earned his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, graduating in the top 15% of his class. He earned his undergraduate degree in Education from Bowling Green State University in 2003. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan (2021), the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Jones grew up in rural Ohio and initially worked as an educator and community organizer in California before pursuing law. He served on the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee in the University of Michigan Sexual Assault Class Action ($490 million settlement) and assisted in obtaining a $3.5 million verdict for a wrongfully terminated employee in 2020.
