Nichole Omilion

Nichole Omilion is an Attorney at Marko Law Firm, focusing on civil rights, employment law, personal injury, and medical malpractice.

Omilion earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2022 and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a Political Science minor from Wayne State University. She is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

A former foster care caseworker in the Metro Detroit tri-county area, Omilion began her legal career at McKeen & Associates handling complex medical malpractice litigation before joining Marko Law.
