David Roth

David B. Roth is a Senior Trial Attorney at Ven Johnson Law, an experienced litigator specializing in personal injury, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, employment discrimination, and civil rights disputes.

Roth earned his Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2013 and his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 2010. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

A Northville, Michigan native, Roth has more than a decade of practice experience. In August 2024 he obtained a favorable trial verdict on an underinsured motorist claim resulting in judgment exceeding $750,000. He serves as a Director of the Genesee County Bar Association.
