About Andrew Felix

Andrew "Drew" Parker Felix is a partner in Morgan & Morgan's product liability safety group, litigating catastrophic injury cases nationwide involving defective vehicles, airbags, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. He has played a central role in the Takata airbag litigation, winning appointment to the seven-member Tort Victims' Creditors Committee in TK Holdings' Chapter 11 bankruptcy and to a four-year term on the Trust Advisory Committee of the Takata Airbag Tort Compensation Trust Fund. He also represented race fans injured in the February 2013 crash at Daytona International Speedway in claims against NASCAR. He earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Alabama School of Law and was twice named to the National Trial Lawyers' Top 40 Under 40.
