About Robin Becker

Robin E. Becker is a trial-focused civil litigation attorney with extensive experience managing complex cases from intake through verdict. She represents clients in medical malpractice, sexual abuse, personal injury, and complex tort litigation, bringing a deep understanding of courtroom strategy and trial advocacy. Her background as a felony prosecutor in multiple jurisdictions, including Special Victims, Major Crimes, and Criminal Trial Divisions, informs her approach to preparing cases for trial. Ms. Becker earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where she was a National Champion with the National Trial League, a member of the St. Mary's Law National Team (currently ranked No. 1 in the nation by the American Bar Association), and a recipient of the Litigation and Advocacy Award and Women in Law Leadership Award.

A Pennsylvania native, she earned her B.S. in Psychology (minor in Sociology) from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University. Ms. Becker is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Texas. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Maryland Association for Justice, the Federal Bar Association, the National Crime Victims Bar Association, and the St. Thomas More Society of Maryland. A decorated veteran of the United States Army and Air Force who served in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom, she has testified before the Maryland General Assembly on behalf of victims of violent crime and volunteers as a mock trial coach and mentor for American University Washington College of Law and St. Mary's University School of Law.
