Samantha Peters

Samantha L. Peters focuses her practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and other negligence claims. She joined Nace Law Group in 2022. A Maine native, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern Maine with a B.S. in communication in 2011. She earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she was an active member of the Mock Trial Team and a member of the Public Contract Law Journal. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John B. Beliveau and worked as a law clerk for two Washington, D.C. law firms before joining one as an Associate Attorney.

In her last position before Nace Law Group, Samantha established a new medical malpractice section at a Maryland firm, managed all aspects of medical negligence cases from intake through trial, and supervised staff. She is licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Samantha is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., the American Association for Justice, and the Montgomery County Bar Association. She has been named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, earned a spot on Top Verdict's Top 100 Medical Malpractice Verdicts in the United States in 2019, and was named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2024.
