About Jason Krakower

Jason Krakower is a personal injury attorney at Raphaelson & Levine Law Firm in New York City, where he has been a member of the firm since 2005. Admitted to practice law in New York in 2003, he has focused his entire career exclusively on personal injury litigation, representing clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, trip and fall accidents, construction accidents, and other negligence actions.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Krakower has negotiated and settled thousands of cases totaling in excess of $50 million. In 2014, he secured the third-highest jury verdict in New York State for a motor vehicle no-fault case. His notable results include a multi-six-figure verdict for an injured good samaritan in a car accident and a $2.25 million settlement for a 38-year-old mason injured in a 45-foot scaffold fall.

In 2016, Mr. Krakower was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor reserved for the top up-and-coming New York attorneys under the age of 40, a distinction bestowed on only 2.5% of lawyers in the state.
