About Audra Roth

Audra R. Roth is a founding and managing partner of Roth & Roth, LLP, which she formed in 1998 with her husband and partner David A. Roth. She has pursued the rights of injured clients since 1994. Before founding the firm she worked on both sides of personal injury litigation, at small plaintiff's firms and at Zurich Insurance Company's in-house defense firm, experience that informs how she evaluates cases and builds strategy.

Her practice covers car accidents, premises liability, municipal liability, wrongful death, transit and bus accidents, truck accidents, and trip, slip and fall cases. Audra manages the day-to-day practice, works the caseload, and appears in court and at mediations and arbitrations, having litigated thousands of cases with a number of appellate wins on issues from the auto injury threshold to defaults by corporate defendants. She is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Brooklyn Women's Bar Association, regularly attends lobbying events at the New York State Legislature, and is active in charitable work through the North Shore Women's Club, Dress for Success, Meals on Wheels, and local food drives.
