About Tom Reimel

Thomas W. Reimel is an associate attorney at Roth & Roth, LLP whose primary focus since relocating to New York has been transportation and automobile litigation, along with premises liability. A cum laude graduate of Western Michigan University Law School, he clerked for the Honorable William P. Mahon in the Chester County (PA) Court of Common Pleas and served as in-house trial and appellate brief writer for a Philadelphia personal injury and admiralty firm, where he litigated matters ranging from a case of first impression under Pennsylvania's Equine Activities Act to products liability. Beginning with a legal internship as a public defender straight out of law school, Mr. Reimel has spent more than 15 years fighting for injured people and advocating for victims. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Outside the office he competes in endurance motor racing in a vintage Triumph sports car he helped modify and volunteers as a speech and debate coach.
