About Morgan A. Kendall

Morgan Kendall is a passionate lawyer who fights for her injured clients. As a member of the Medical Malpractice team, Morgan works tirelessly to hold healthcare providers accountable. Morgan attended the Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated magna cum laude . After graduating from PSU, Morgan then obtained her law degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University, where she graduated cum laude . Before becoming an attorney, Morgan served as a law clerk at SMB.

Morgan was also a certified legal intern at Philadelphia Legal Assistance, where she represented low-income litigants seeking Protection from Abuse orders and helped resolve custody disputes. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Berle M. Schiller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in law school, Morgan excelled in legal writing and trial advocacy while being a member of Drexel’s nationally recognized Trial Team. Morgan was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and spends her free time walking her dogs or going down the shore with her family.
