Robert W. Zimmerman has obtained 7, 8 and 9-figure verdicts and settlements for Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky clients and is a national leader within the legal profession. Robert “Bob” Zimmerman represents catastrophically injured victims of defective products and in workplace accidents throughout the country. In addition to his admissions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he’s gained national recognition for his representation of the seriously injured, and has handled cases in Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Washington, and Wisconsin. He has successfully handled high-profile cases against national and international corporations and has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients.

Bob has hands-on experience with the tools and equipment used by the workers he represents. He is a Certified Aerial Lift Operator, Forklift Operator, Crane Operator, Rigger, and Signalman. Bob has also completed the OSHA 10-hour workplace safety course, has taken courses and training in architectural drawings, firearm safety and is certified in the use of Automated External Defibrillators and CPR.

Bob is a leader among the legal profession nationally. Since 2025, he is national co-chair of the American Association for Justice’s Firearms Litigation Group . He will soon also serve as the national Product Liability Section Chairman.
