About Alan J. Borowsky

A native Philadelphian, Alan J. Borowsky has dedicated his entire professional career to seeking justice on behalf of survivors of sexual abuse and sex trafficking. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has fought for the rights of survivors in state and federal courts from coast to coast. Alan has successfully litigated numerous high-profile sexual abuse and sex trafficking cases against some of the largest and most well-known giants within the hospitality and rideshare industries, religious institutions, and youth development organizations. Alan is a respected authority in his field, having been featured in both national and international media for his trial advocacy skills and subject matter knowledge.

He was quoted by The Independent in a groundbreaking July 2024 exposé on sex trafficking within the hospitality industry. In 2022, Alan was featured on Justice for All TV, where he discussed the myths and facts of sex abuse and sex trafficking, how those cases are litigated, and what America’s corporate citizens and general public can do to identify and prevent sex trafficking. In 2021, Alan was the recipient of American Lawyer Magazine’s Northeast Trailblazer award for his work in civil litigation on behalf of sexual abuse and sex trafficking survivors.
