About Nicholas Bourff

Nicholas "Nick" Bourff is an attorney at Schiller Law Offices in Carmel, Indiana. A former prosecutor, he earned convictions on every felony case he took to jury trial during two terms as an elected Prosecutor and has earned favorable verdicts for every client he has represented in front of a jury during his years in private practice.

Bourff grew up in northwestern Indiana. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College in 2004, where he was a varsity swimmer and served as President of both the Phi Kappa Psi house and the campus-wide Inter-Fraternity Council. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in spring 2007 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar five months later.

He is a member in good standing with the Indiana Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

He lives in Fishers with his wife and two children.
